About Neil
Neil Westbrook is an innovative strategist, change catalyst and most of all a passionate follower of Jesus Christ. He is also a committed husband and devoted father.
He is the Senior Pastor of Neel Road Baptist Church in Salisbury, North Carolina. Neil’s experiences in ministry leadership have taken him throughout the southeast where he has served churches of all sizes. His experience in serving and leading in local communities extends into the business, non-profit, and service sectors.
Neil has a passion for people and a gift for leading individuals and teams towards their fullest potential. With over 11 years of experience leading and coaching individuals and teams he has developed an uncanny ability to connect the dots and move people and organizations forward.
Neil holds degrees from North Carolina State University, Duke University and is a doctoral candidate at Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a Certified Coach and a Certified Personal Trainer.
Neil and his wife, Whitney, were married in May 2000. As the husband in a "dual career couple" he knows the importance and challenges of living a Christ-focused, integrated life. Their kids enjoy playing soccer and tee-ball, and swinging outside!
